Refund Policy
Effective June 2026
Monthly subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started and the service has been used. If you experienced a technical failure that prevented service access, contact us within 7 days for a review.
Turant (7-day plan)
One-time plans (₹29) are non-refundable once activated. If the service was inaccessible during your entire 7-day window due to a platform failure, contact us for a full refund.
School credits
Purchased (never-expire) credits are refundable within 30 days if unused. Monthly credit pools that expire are not refundable.
How to request
Email support@konda.academy with your registered WhatsApp number, order ID, and the reason for your request. We process refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
