1. Eligibility
Vani AI is designed for students in Classes 1–12. Users under 18 must have parental consent. Students in Classes 6–8 are directed to our mobile app (WhatsApp age policy applies — Classes 9–12 only via WhatsApp).
2. Service Description
Vani AI provides AI-powered tutoring, homework help, mock exams, quizzes, and teacher tools via WhatsApp and this web portal. AI-generated content is for educational support only and may not be perfectly accurate — it is not a substitute for teacher instruction.
3. Accounts
Your WhatsApp number is your primary identity on the platform. On the web portal, you register with an email and password linked to your WhatsApp number. One payment plan covers access across both platforms. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Vani AI to cheat in exams, generate harmful content, reverse-engineer the service, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay. Prices are displayed inclusive of GST. The free Muft tier is permanent. Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Turant (₹29/7 days) is one-time and cannot be purchased more than once per 45 days.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy at /refund. In general, refunds are provided for technical failures that prevent service access. Subscription fees are non-refundable after a period of use.
7. Intellectual Property
All AI-generated content, curriculum materials, and platform code are owned by Konda Academy Pvt Ltd or licensed to us. You may use generated content for your personal study only.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated answers. Our liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the 3 months prior to a claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, access ends and no refund is given for partial periods, except as required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via WhatsApp or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
